It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay such as a fully stocked kitchen, a beverage cart with a dual coffee maker for you to make a cocktail or enjoy a cup of coffee. Enjoy streaming your favorite shows on the 55' smart TV in the living room. There is a dedicated workspace with a desk in the living room, you have free Wi-Fi with high speed internet, USB ports throughout the home, full size washer and dryer, spacious bedrooms and closets, as well as a large driveway for parking. For your safety and convenience, there is motion sensored lights around the property and outdoor security cameras recording at all times. Self check-in: Smart-lock with your personalized code. You will have an electronic portal and maintenance system. PETS: Currently there is a no pet policy, but would be considered on a case-by-case basis. Pets have to be approved in advance and there would be a non-refundable pet fee. This included service animals. POLICIES This is a non-smoking home, please no smoking of any kind inside the home, tobacco, vaping, medical marijuana etc. NO drugs, illegal or illicit substances of any kind allowed anywhere on the premises. 4 guest maximum. Tenants are responsible for any damage to the property outside of normal wear and tear. PETS require advanced approval. Tenant will be responsible for extra charges if there is any damages caused by the pet. This does include service animals. This property is NOT available for SUBLEASING or ARBITRAGE. To help keep the cost low on the security deposit if your lease is longer than 30 days tenant will have to pay a low monthly fee for damage insurance. I do require a background check and screen all potential guest. Tenants are responsible for the application fee and background check.
