No history of causing property damage. 22. Preference will be given to tenants wanting to remain for longer than three months. 23. 2-month minimum rental duration. 24. Comprehensive reusable tenant screening report will not be accepted. 25. All vehicles are to be stored in the garage. 26. No smoking or vaping on the property.
