Large, light-filled master suite with private entrance, vanity, double shower, and separate WC. Two other bedrooms (one with ensuite) plus bedroom/office space off family room. Pet-friendly. Large gourmet kitchen. Gas fireplace in family room. TVs in each bedroom, on the patio, and in family room (tenant responsible for WiFi and cable). Beautiful pool. Master suite looks on to a light-filled patio and pool. Open the slider to let the dog out (fenced yard; moments from a dog park). No traffic noise (rare in Myrtle Beach). Watch the sun rise with morning coffee on the serene front veranda. Two-car garage (large enough for RV and possibly boat) and lots of driveway parking. Pool maintenance and gardener provided. Owner cannot guarantee pool or gas fireplace if they require unexpected significant repairs. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. In addition to security deposit, tenant will pay landlord $500 towards electricity, WiFi, and water before moving in. Each month, the landlord will bill tenant for utility costs, deducting if needed from $500 utility deposit or house security deposit if tenant leaves outstanding utility bills. 90-day minimum lease required. Rent doubles during summer season (May through September). Landlord pays for gardener and pool maintenance. Tenant responsible for respecting the neighborhood's quiet and well-maintained atmosphere. Neighbor complaints may result in eviction and loss of security deposit. Smoke-free home. Security deposit returned after post-rental walk through. Any damages or cleaning outside of normal maintenance will be deducted from security deposit.
