The application fee for each person is $55.00. The application fee is refundable only if the application is unconditionally approved, the property you applied for is no longer available, and you are unable to find another property that meets your needs. A one-time administrative fee will be required to be paid along with the security deposit. (This is a one-time, $200.00 non-refundable fee and is charged per bedroom.) 1. A credit report will be obtained on all applicants to verify credit ratings. Debt to a previous landlord and open bankruptcies will result in an automatic denial of the application. 5. A criminal background check that reveals no offenses that could lead to safety issues for the home or the neighbors near the home. We consider the type of offense, the severity of the offense, and the length of time since the offense occurred. Lease term is a 12 month minimum. Tenants are responsible for lawn care, pest control and all utilities.
