There is a great backyard that is fully fenced in with a privacy fence -- great for a dog. This house was renovated completely 3 years ago. All applications will need to go through the Zillow application process before final consideration. Will consider people with only a minimum of 650 on their credit report. There is an additional 50 dollar a month for any pet and a one time none refundable fee of 300. The house was completely updated 4.5 years ago. No Smoking. No large Dogs and please no more than one dog. The neighbors would appreciate dogs that didn't bark all the time. The Utilities will be payed for by you. We will ask to inspect the house at most 4 times a year for termites and loose branches on the trees. You must keep the lawn mowed.
