The home is currently getting new paint and new flooring and new applicances. Almost everything will be new in it. This work is going on from October 2023 and will last 2 to 6 months. I am listing it now with old pictures and will try to update them as things get finished. It is a very nice neighborhood and I have many people say hi or chit chat as I do lawn work in the fall season. Within one mile you have a lot of nice restaruants, grocery, sheetz gas station and more. The neighborhood has plenty of sidewalks and is great for walking. I do not currently live in the neighborhood but work 5 minutes away if anything is needed. New Holland is a very nice place and each year they shut down main street for a fall fest that is very similar to a carnival. Owner pays water. Renter is responsible for electric and oil heat. There is a one car garage and the driveway can also fit one car as well. No Smoking No Pets
