55 Surfsong is a beautiful and well-maintained home behind the 2nd gate in Kiawah. It is adjacent to beach boardwalk 32 so it is just steps to the beach. There are 5 bedrooms (2 downstairs and 3 upstairs). It works well for multiple families, couples, kids, etc. Four of the bedrooms have king beds and the 5th bedroom has 3 twin beds (2 bunks and 1 bed). There is also a full size crib available. There are 3.5 bathrooms (2 are en suites, 1 hall bath, and a powder room). The home is fully furnished, including high quality linens, kitchenware, beach gear (chairs, wagon, boogie boards, sand toys) so all you need is to bring yourselves and have a wonderful and relaxing time staying here. Owner/manager lives nearby and is attentive. Looking for a long term (30+ days) rental during the winter months, flexible on exact dates.
