The house is centrally located to many Cleveland destinations, including General Electric main campus, North Chagrin Metroparks, Cleveland Clinic, Little Italy, and University Hospitals. You're living in an area mostly comprised of retirees and families. Tree-lined streets and sidewalks make it ideal for taking morning walks or evening strolls. This house is pet friendly with a spacious fenced-in backyard, perfect for those traveling with kids and pets. The South Euclid Dog Park is just minutes from this home! The living room has a Smart TV with Roku hookup and comfortably seats up to 5 people. It connects to a formal dining room. The kitchen comes with all major appliances (fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and tea kettle). All cookware and kitchen cutlery provided. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a lightly furnished office area. The bedrooms are set up with a queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a full bed. The full bathroom is a shower/tub combo. The basement has a half bathroom and laundry room area with a washer and dryer. High speed WiFi and two-car detached garage. All bedding, towels, and basic cleaning supplies provided.
