Not a pet friendly property. This is a great rental home. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with some very thoughtful upgrades like wood trim around windows and doors as well as crown moulding. You enter from the driveway into the mudroom. Hang up your things and walk right into the nice sized galley type kitchen. There is plenty of room. Straight in front of the kitchen is an original bedroom , I have called it a Dining Room. There is another Bedroom on this main level as well as the one of the full bathrooms. The rooms have hardwood floors and the wood trim is a nice touch. When you enter the large Living Room you will find it complete with ceiling fan, wood trim and hardwood floors. The fireplace is not operative, but decorative only. I have used the front room attached to the Living room as a office. It has great light and lots of windows. Go up the stairs to find a 2nd floor laundry room. Tenants to bring their own appliances, hook up only. The Primary bedroom is the entire 2nd floor with vaulted ceilings, skylights, ceiling fan, and a walk in closet. The primary bathroom is large and filled with natural light. This house has an unfinished basement that has heat. It has a spiral staircase that takes you up to the 3 season room that is enormous and stretches the entire width of the house. Great entertaining place for sure! In the sunroom is a spiral staircase that leads you to the basement. You can enter into the house as well and there is another access to the basement inside. You will find a large, fenced in yard to complete this property. If all this wasn't great already, it has a house speakers throughout. Just bring your own equipment!
