This is a mobile Home in Indian Trail Estate, lot #31. It located at the end of the street therefore, your back won't have any neighbor. The front bedroom of the house has a floor to ceiling bay window. It could be hot in the summer, but you have plenty of light for a sunroom. The house has central air conditioning, and the master bedroom has a window a/c for added comfort in the summer. The master bathroom has 2 sinks in the middle, a big tub on the left side of the sinks, and a door to where the toilet and shower located on the right. Wood flooring throughout the house except for wet area like the kitchen and the bathroom. The house has new paint throughout the house recently. The parking permit is through the park. The park has strict rule about parking on grass, car sometimes gets towed without warning. No smoking inside the house. Park will bill me for the water, trash and sewage and I will collect the utilities payment with the rent each month. Failure to pay the utilities is ground for eviction. Park must check the background of everyone who wanted to be park's resident. Park does not like trash outside. It is the responsibility of the tenant to cut their own grass or pay the park for grass maintenance. Qualifications are 1) no eviction records, 2) must make 3 times the rent, and 3) no criminal record
