This newly constructed mountain home comes all the comforts of home with 1,766 square feet of living space, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and accommodating up to 6 people comfortably with the convenience of nearby skiing and beaches. It's the perfect destination for those seeking a memorable vacation in the heart of nature, offering relaxation, adventure, and the allure of Lake Tahoe right at your doorstep. On the main level upstairs, you will find a spacious open floorplan consisting of a living room, dining area, fully appointed kitchen and the half bathroom. The living room has a sofa and loveseat, Smart TV, and a gas fireplace. Off the living room area is a deck looking out to the surrounding neighborhood and forest. Step outside onto the deck to breathe in the fresh mountain air and immerse yourself in the natural beauty. The kitchen comes fully equipped and includes stainless steel appliances and a large breakfast bar with 4 barstools. Beyond the kitchen is a dining area, which can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. The master bedroom is located on the upper level, has a queen-sized bed, and ensuite bathroom with a stand up shower and dual sinks. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the ground floor level. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed and access to the backyard. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds and forest views.
