I currently do short term rentals, but looking to do a 3 month rent during slow time starting in December, January, and February. Looking to rent for $1,200. That includes all utilities (Water, Electrical, Internet, and Propane). No deposit needed, and the place comes fully furnished. There is a kitchen with full size fridge, counter top, sink, stove, air fryer, and microwave. Pictures wouldn't upload. Also, a bath / shower, and washer/dryer in the house. Feel free to use the link to book if you only want to do partial, or you can pay the property manager on the first of each month. The $1,200 also includes a cleaning the 15th of every month.
