Four season enjoyment with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Two bedrooms on the main level with a propane wood style heat stove, futon, two bedrooms, full bath, large pantry and screened porch. Upper level boasts a large master suite with king bed and steam shower/room w/balcony overlooking Moose Pond. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit, hot tub, dock, canoe & kayak plus great fishing. Walking trail just 300' down the road and Pleasant Mountain Ski Area a short 7 min drive. Enjoy our beautiful upcoming fall foliage, apple picking and our local Jim Bob's market offering gas, subs & pizza. Ton's of shopping within 15-30 min. Bridgton has many antique shops, restaurants, Magic Lantern theater and pub. Fryeburg is a short 15 min drive and Sherman Farms holds it's annual corn maize every fall plus the FRYEBURG FAIR starting Oct 1st. North Conway is 30 min with area outlet shopping, restaurants and lots more! All amenities, electric, wifi etc are covered within the weekly rental amount. Additional fees: Pet deposit $300 per pet, Maine Lodging tax is 9%, cleaning fee is $250 per stay, linen fee if using them (most bring their own however we can provide them with a $150 linen fee, $50 garbage fee.
