This home is privately set on 40 acres of land and overlooks a beautiful 3 acre pond! Upon entering Stone Cottage, you are greeted by a beautiful hand crafted stone fireplace which sits in the middle of the lovely timber frame living room. Moving past the fireplace is a well appointed, spacious kitchen, sitting room and pantry. The kitchen has brand new appliances with a contemporary feel and a tile floor. Enjoy standing at the kitchen sink, while looking at the privacy of nature. You will not see a single neighbor! To complete the entirety of the first floor is a half bath and laundry room. Upstairs, you will find a very large master bedroom with a comfortable walk-in closet area for all of your clothes. Down the hall are two smaller bedrooms, and a full bath room. As the owner of this special property, I quietly reside in Pine cottage directly next-door. Please no smoking or illegal drug use on property: 62 Jim Small Rd, Casco, Maine. 4 month renewable lease $2500 security deposit $2500 monthly rent paid on the first of each month. If rent is not paid within 3 days after the due date, a late charge of $25 per day will be attached to the rent amount. The landlord will give a 24 hour entrance notice to inspect the interior of the home. Inform the landlord as soon as a major problem occurs: a roof leak, fire, water or flood damage from any and all appliances including toilets and sinks. Report holes in all surfaces, broken or damaged appliances, Only cats are allowed. Maintain garden area directly in front of Stone Cottage. Over night guests are allowed a two night a month stay unless discussed with the land lord. No littering Toys, bikes, fishing gear or trash must be stored neatly out of sight. Trash must be disposed of at the local transfer station by Monday of each week.
