The house also features a large walk-out deck overlooking woods and ledge, that offers the opportunity for outdoor dining (outdoor dining furniture and BBQ grill included). Finally, the parking area is large enough for five vehicles. The house comes fully furnished and is move-in ready. Everything that may be needed is provided. This includes all kitchen items, including cookware, dishware, glassware, and utensils. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner electric stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster-oven. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The home's heating system uses an oil-fired boiler and radiant floor heating. The lease payment includes water & sewer, WIFI internet service, DirecTV (satellite) television service, and weekly trash collection, but does not include electricity, oil for heat, or driveway plowing.
