We do allow one approved pet with a $500.00 non-refundable pet deposit. Some dogs will not be allowed. Tenant responsible for all utilities and garbage. We do pay the sewer bill. $1500.00 per month with a $1500.00 security deposit. I have an application process, but I do not charge an application fee.
