One of the bedroom is in attic with its own desk to work, do homework and/or study. Living room/ Dining area/ Kitchen with everything you need/Big screen TV/ comfortable couches. Completely furnished. Washer and dryer. Dishwasher. Gated backyard with garden table and chairs. Enjoy the Spring! Grill. Tenant pays for energy, internet and water (for only 3 months (Feb-March and April). Days in Jan and May are covered by owner. Owner pays for garbage collection for the whole rental period. AC available in attic. No garage but available private parking in backyard for two or 3 cars. No smoking, no pets, sorry Move in date: January (negotiable) Move out date: May (negotiable). One month deposit. Responsible students welcome Quiet neighborhood. No loud parties. Students may leave their personal belongings in the house during holidays for free (limited space).
