Large bunk room upstairs with two queen and two twin beds. Two bedrooms on the main level with queen beds, and a daybed on the landing at the top of the stairs. Large living room with sectional couch to accommodate all and a cozy pellet stove to warm you up on cold days. All utilities paid for by tenant. Snow plowing and yard work expenses paid for by owner.
