Looking for renter(s) able to show $3,000 a month income with $1,000 in deposit. All pets are welcome, however there is a fee depending on the size of animals. Small dog(s) and/or cat(s) add $50 a month to the rent. Large dog(s) (at or above 50 lbs) add $100 a month to rent. House comes fully stocked with oven, refrigerator, washer, water softener, and gas dryer. It also has a new furnace and central AC. Located close to Anderson University. Lease term would be one year long. I do not allow the use of illegal drugs, if found this is a violation of the lease terms and are grounds for eviction. Tenant pays all utilities, gas bills, water/sewage bills. Tenant will also do basic upkeep of the property, like mowing the yard.
