(Note on pets, indoor cats preferred and a dog who does not try to escape fenced yard, as this property is right on Highway 14. No dogs that bark every time the wind blows.) The listing is for the upstairs only, the basement is used as storage for the owners. Utilities are in owner's name and amount to $500/month, which the renter is responsible for in addition to rent. This monthly fee is the annual utilities averaged over 12 months to help avoid large bills (like a 350 gallon propane delivery). Utilities includes propane, electric, septic and trash. Renters responsible for lawn maintenance, including, but not limited to mowing, trimming, shoveling, cleaning gutters and roof of leaves/needles. Landlord provides a mower and trimmer. Renter required to replace water filter periodically, as needed. Renter is responsible to immediately notify landlord of any maintenance issues.
