Welcome to Slow Hollow! This cozy, fully furnished home with over 100 years of history is the ideal choice for everyone from digital nomads to families seeking a comfortable & convenient home base. With 2 bedrooms (with the option of a 3rd), 2 bathrooms, and a fenced in backyard, there is ample space for relaxation, private productivity, and meaningful moments at home. Inside you will find that we have thoughtfully designed the space to be a rejuvenating accommodation to come back from your adventures on the Front Range. Enjoy the many house amenities including the bright and airy front porch, claw foot tub & serene backyard with a fire pit. The Space Our bright and lovely home in Old Town, Fort Collins is the perfect choice for those looking for a friendly neighborhood a stone's throw from CSU and a short bike ride to the charming shops and restaurants downtown (two bikes are included with rent). The lovely CSU Perennial Garden and Annual Trial Garden is a two-block walk away, as well. The thoughtful decor creates a welcoming atmosphere, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The bedrooms are comfortable and cozy, and the bathrooms are full of charm, well-appointed and spacious. The main bath with the clawfoot tub is accessible from the main bedroom, which features a shared walk-in closet with the second bedroom. The second bedroom can be converted to a full office upon request (we can remove the full sized bed). The 3rd bedroom in the front of the house is set up as a living space with a smart TV and a coat closet, but features a comfortable pull-out couch with bed linens should you have extra guests come to stay. Outside, the fire pit and outdoor dining area under the twinkle lights provide the perfect setting for relaxing and entertaining. And with a washer and dryer on-site and a mud room with additional storage at the back of the house, you'll have everything you need to feel at home. Utilities are not included in rent. Utilities already set up, renter pays landlord. Slow Hollow does have A/C for these hot Fort Collins summers! Owners do not live on-site. Garage on-site is not accessible to renters, however storage shed can be provided. On-site parking with alley access next to the garage is provided. We're excited to welcome you home to Slow Hollow!
