This sunny, gorgeous, fully furnished house is available only between March 1 and April 5, 2024. We would prefer that the move-in date be March 4 instead of March 1st (rent would begin March 4), if that works for you. If a March 1st move-in date is important to you, we can make that work. This is a 30-day minimum rental, which is non-negotiable. So, you can rent it for any 30 days within those dates or the full 36 days. The rent is $2900 for the 30 days, and then $96 / night for the extra days if you would like the full stay. March 1 - April 5 is 36 days, 35 nights, so the total rent for those dates is $3380. March 4 - April 5 is 33 days, 32 nights, so the total rent for those dates is $3092. We are renting out our house while travelling and therefore those dates are pretty firm (however, we are flexible by 1-3 days on either end). This GORGEOUS 2000 sf home is 9 blocks north of Pearl Street in North Boulder, on a very quiet side street. This is one of the best locations in Boulder! The house is so drenched in sun, the in-floor heat barely has to do anything! Everyone who has lived here says it is their favorite place they have lived in Boulder. It has wonderful energy, is in great shape, and is in one of the best locations in Boulder. It is centrally located in a very safe location, just 2 minutes to Pearl Street, 3 minutes to the mountains and 4 minutes to downtown shopping and Boulder Creek. The street is very quiet with lots of trees, birds, deer, squirrels, and wonderful neighbors! My partner and I live in this beautiful home most of the year. We love it, take great care of it, and are constantly refining it to make it an incredible sanctuary. This beautiful house is fully furnished for your comfort. In addition to all the basic furnishings you would expect, this home also features: An ENORMOUS sun-drenched Roof top deck (532 sf!) with stunning views of the mountains and 360 degree views of Boulder. It is extremely private and gorgeous, with table and chairs and an awesome two-person reclining lounge chair. There is a second patio off the main bedroom with table and chairs also. This home also has: vaulted ceilings, stunning mountain views, a special king bed where you don't feel when your partner moves on their side of the bed, in-floor heat, Jacuzzi tub w/ color therapy & strong jets, 3-head shower, high quality clothes washer / dryer, and a well-appointed full kitchen w/ a dishwasher, a Vitamix and coffee maker. The breathtaking living room / great room has a 13-foot vaulted ceiling, huge windows with stunning views of the flatirons, with a Samsung 43" 4K Smart TV w/ Roku, Comcast cable, HBO, and Hulu and a DVD player. There is also a massage table, a trampoline, yoga mats, a stationary elliptical bike (called an ElliptiGO) in the great room, and a portable ping pong table (which folds up in 1 minute for easy storage), cotton bedding and high quality towels. The TV is on a cart, so it is very easy to move it around the Great Room to watch it while on the couch, at the dining table, on the ElliptiGO, doing dishes, doing yoga or exercising. The ping pong table folds up easily, and the great room can then be large enough to do dance classes or whatever you desire in the massive space. One picture shows the ping table in front of a new high-end leather couch that power reclines and is super comfy. There is a second smart TV in the main bedroom. The second bedroom we use as an office. It can be used easily as a bedroom or an office. It has a desk and printer and a full-size futon. It has a half bathroom next to it. There is an attached unit (fully legal, w/ a permit from the City of Boulder). It's totally separate in every way including a separate entrance. The house is constructed in a special way where you will not hear or notice the very lovely folks in the attached unit at all. When we are not renting out this house in this listing, we live in it and drum, sing, dance & make lots of loud sounds, and the folks in the attached unit don't hear us at all, and we don't hear them. So you will not hear them! We will be out of state during your stay, and it will be very quiet). Utilities are not included are approximately $275 for the month for everything, depending on usage. Because of Boulder's zoning laws, I can only rent this to three people. I am sorry to say this is not negotiable in any way. There is really only room for 2 cars. This is definitely a non-smoking house! Sorry, but no cats or dogs (my partner is allergic to both).
