Summary: This home is on the lake side of the street, two blocks from Lake Tahoe and five houses from the Dollar Hill HOA. Short walk to beach, easy access in the winter and summer. Price: The price listed is for 12 months; Our six month rate and one month rate are more expensive and seasonal dependent. So you may inquire about any duration and we will quote accordingly. New Red Oak hardwood floors, everything is in working/excellent order. One open hearth fire place and a Thompson Wood Burning stove. Tours can be scheduled. Tenant pays for all utilities and is responsible for the labor associated with repair. Owner pays for any out of pocket, non labor, repairs. Maximum occupancy 12. We have new hardwood floors so we prefer only slippers inside the house. Furnished, preferred. It is ready to be lived in with everything you need, including a gourmet kitchen. We will seriously consider a lease, option to buy. Also, will consider two year lease. No smokers (people who smoke), no subleasing, no pets. Failure to observe will be possible loss of lease and a fee of $500. We hope that this never happens, however. Parking pad holds five vehicles. On-street parking is allowed from May 1 to November 1, otherwise only on the parking pad.
