Walking distance to TART bus stop, dog friendly beach, Gar Woods Restaurant, Old Post Office Cafe, coffee, pizza, and convenience store. AWD vehicles required as the driveway is somewhat steep. Renters insurance required. Tenants must have American Credit Reports or be able to pay up front for the full lease term. $4800/mo + $500/mo utilities +$5000 security deposit. For a long-term lease some utilities can be transferred to tenants name. Up to two adult dogs allowed, no fenced yard, tenants are responsible for picking up after pets.
