This POOL home is in a fantastic location just a few blocks from Westwood Middle School and Littlewood Elementary School. Within walking distance of Westside Park, the new Publix, Talbots, Chico's, Moe's, Gator Docksider, Ballyhoo, Movie Theater, Ace Hardware and Westgate Shopping Center. Close to the Oaks Mall and North Florida Regional Medical Center. Home is UNFURNISHED (pictures were taken previously with furniture) Split floor plan with additional family room that can be used as an office or master bedroom. Three bedrooms and one bath on one end and one bedroom and one bath at the other. The back yard is fenced and because of the pool; the gates must remain locked at all times. The pool is easy to maintain if done on a regular basis. Trash, water, gas and sewer are NOT included in the rent but is on a separate bill from Gainesville Regional Utility that TENANT is obligated to pay. Yard care will be provided at an additional $150/month if not maintained by the tenant. Pool maintenance (which is easy) is also the responsibility of the tenant.
