Applications only accepted if you've visited the property. Open house Saturday10-Noon. Respond to this ad if you'd prefer a different time. Please complete an application for each person over 18 that will reside at the property and leave the application and fee ($20 per applicant) at the open house. Once your application and fee are received, we will run credit and criminal checks and contact your current and previous landlord and employer. We collect deposit (1 month's rent plus 1/2 month's rent if you have pets) when the lease is signed and collect first month's rent prior to move-in.
