All income must be verifiable and references called. * Most recent 3 months pay stubs. * Self-employed must provide past three years federal tax return. Credit Criteria: * Minimum credit score of 600 required. Exceptions may be made with solid verifiable income, long work history, and additional deposits. * No Past Evictions * No Bankruptcies. Other: * Must provide a current photo identification and a valid social security number. * A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18 years of age. * Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom.
