Beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bedroom house located in a quiet area of West Atlanta. With close proximities to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping plaza's, Atlanta's main attractions (7 miles) such as Piedmont park, World of coca cola, the Zoo, Centenntial park, and many hospitals! This home was turned into a traveler's galour with a home gym and an office space for you to work at during your stay! Generally most of our traveling heroes come solo, so we have made one of the bedrooms an office space. However, upon request we can remove the home office furniture in those areas and give an extra bedroom! Laundry is done on Tuesday and Friday as it is in the basement unit that is locked and has a separate entrance. There is a tenant who lives there but you will not see them during your stay, and they have a completely separate entrance from you and no access to you. The Washer/Dryer hook-ups are in the basement so every Tuesday/Friday the tenant knows to let you do your thing! No smoking allowed in the property. You may bring dogs as pets, but no cats. Lease duration is either month-to-month or up to 90 Days. All of utilizies will be paid for by the landlord. There is a cleaning fee of $250 for all stays and a pet deposit of $400. Upon the time of the tenant exiting, the pet deposit will be given back to the tenant as long as there are no pet damages (Scratches, excessive smells, bite marks, etc) after move-out. Security Deposit is due before move-in and then rent will begin on move-in. Deposit will be given back to the tenant upon move-out date as long as there are no damages to the property. Any damages to the property outside of normal wear-and-tear will come out of the deposit. Any normal issues in the household or wear-and-tear will be covered by the landlord (basically anything that would of happened with or without the tenant being present).
