Rent ($2,475 for this home)--Credit, Background, and Eviction check will be performed for each person on the lease ($39.99 Fee paid by tenant)-Tenant responsible for all utilities (Gas, Electric, Water, Trash)-Tenant reponsible for lawn and landscaping maintenance-Pets are negotiable (2 Max) after Owner has met pets and verifies they are an approved breed--Pet fee(non-refundable) of $250/Pet required
