We're absolutely open to pets, so feel free to bring your furry friends to live with you! However, any damage incurred by the pet or tenant will be the tenant's responsibility. Tenant is expected to maintain the house to its original (pre-rental) condition, and any deviations for that will be the tenant's responsibility. There is no smoking permitted on the property. House may be rented up through July 31, 2024. The house may be rented in full, or by bedroom. To rent one bedroom, the rent would be $799 per month. If the entire property is rented, the rate can be reduced to $2299 (a $100 discount). Internet is included, but other utilities are an additional cost (water/sewage, garbage, and electricity). There will be a security deposit of first month's rent. Last month's rent must also be provided by the tenant at signing.
