No checks or money orders. -One dog may be considered by lessor with a $2,995 refundable pet deposit. -Overnight Guests of Lessee may not have any pets anywhere on the property at anytime. -Any overnight guests longer than one week must have written approval of Lessor to be on the property. -No more than eight people living at the property at anytime. Lessee's can only reside in the home, nowhere else on the property.
