You are close to the airport, restaurants, shopping and the beach is 11 miles away. We love our furry friends so bring your dog (s) of all sizes. We are a child friendly home with a baby gate that can surround the pool if you prefer. - Tenant screening required - Deposit, 1st and last month's rent required - The garage is not available and there is a HOA restriction against trucks or work vans of any kind in the driveway overnight including pickup trucks. Renter is responsible for; electric, wifi, cable. Owner pays for lawn, pest, pool, water and trash. No smoking inside the home. Pets welcome.
