Within 2 miles of hospital and grocery stores. Rented by owner. Rental will be available second week of January. $2200/month, will include Electric*, trash & sewer. Pets are allowed at owners discretion and pet fee. No smoking. Good credit required and background check are required. $25 application fee. Solar is included so minimal to no electric bill will be paid by the renter, but renters are still required to establish with Mohave electric company in case of over usage. Trash and sewer will also be included. Security system and smart home system is available for use by renters. Pet fee of $200 per pet, non refundable upon approval of pet(s). $2000 deposit. No cleaning fee but professional cleaning is required at termination of lease for full security deposit refund. No street parking is allowed (plenty of room on property). Tenants must follow all HOA rules and regulations. Lease agreement of 1 year, additional length at request. Basic home maintenance will be expected of tenant.
