For those traveling with kids or larger groups, there is a trundle bed in this space that adds two twin beds. NOTE: The door to this room is made of glass and so sleeping privacy is limited. Closet included. FULL BATHROOM A third bathroom sits right off the kitchen and between two queen bedrooms. LAUNDRY Samsung washer and dryer for your use. PARKING Plenty of parking for 5-6 cars in driveway. Also possible to park on the street, though we ask that you are mindful of the neighbors and ensure you do not pull onto the grass. EXTERIOR The exterior of the home is also a piece of art, featuring beautiful angles and lovely landscaping. No smoking, no pets. All leases must be approved by HOA.
