Pool heating is available for $100/ night. Minimum age to rent it is 25 years old or accompanied by parents or legal guardian. Photo ID is needed for verification. City of Palm Springs has strict rules with outdoor noise. Violation of noise and outdoor noise will result in immediate eviction. Any outdoor noise it is strictly prohibited between 10.00 pm to 8.00 am. Any amplifying sound devices is prohibited. The tenants will have to follow the house rules in which will provided up on check in. $300 credit will be given only for monthly rentals towards the utilities. The tenants will pay any overage. With monthly rentals Pool and spa heating have additional charges. On a one year lease there will be no utility credit. But the owner will pay for the landscaping and the pool maintenance.
