The house start to rent Nov 30th 2023 La Quinta Fairways borders the La Quinta Resort and Club and is in close proximity to the city's picturesque center for shopping and dining, Old Town La Quinta. The community is quiet and gated and guarded by 24hr on duty security guards. Homes were built across a decade from 1991 to 2001 and feature lots on and off the golf course. In fact, the neighboring resort's renowned Dunes golf course spills through a portion of La Quinta Fairways. Golf access is available at the resort's public club, which offers play on the two 18-hole courses, named the Dunes course and Mountain course. The community is close to supermarkets (3 min drive), old town (6 min drive), and is surrounded by golf country clubs. There is a 2 car garage available for guests.
