Close to transportation, just enough space while maintaining privacy. Wide 2 car attached heated garage with garage opener. Kitchen and W/D hookup on main floor. NO SMOKING in the home. There are only TWO people you'll speak to, both women from the area. Be wary of scams, ALWAYS know details about the house, the area, and to whom you're speaking. We are a mother-daughter team and we will be easy to distinguish from outside entities. We have paper copies of applications. We will leave them in a place decided by messages. There is a $40 application fee per person, or $80 per household. EVERY member of the household over 18 years of age must apply separately. We have different methods of payment including cash, cashapp, PayPal, and is ONLY to be paid upon meeting in person and touring the property. Once you pay your fee, we tour the home and run your checks and continue to the next stages of the application! We encourage you to apply, and we encourage you to be up front and honest about your situation. Remember, we are people too; not a large company. We understand that life happens. Each applicant will be given a background and credit check, which is what the fee covers. We take our confidentiality very seriously and ensure that your personal information is protected and secure at all times. Once you apply, we schedule your time to come tour the place! Zillow states one year being the maximum, but we offer a TWO year lease. Security deposit, background check, and first and last month's rent required to secure a two year lease, with tenant paying for/taking care of yard care and utilities.
