I can't possibly keep up with all of the availability questions, but I will respond to valid preliminary questions regarding the house. Once the application is received and reviewed, communication will begin and we will schedule a viewing from there. It will likely be a week or so before getting in the house for a showing. The following will attempt to answer most of the questions regarding the unit. This house will be available on December 1, 2023. If interested, the first step (mandatory) is applying at Zillow.com as stated above. Viewings will be scheduled only after knowing: 1. How many people will be on the lease (families will take precedence). 2. Total occupants including children. 3. Household income. 4. At this point there will be no pets, but may consider it for an additional monthly fee. Unit Description: Very clean 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. Located in New Philadelphia (NP Schools). Gas heat, central air conditioning. Small detached shed and a decent size lot. Includes all appliances. Three upstairs bedrooms. Large living room, dining room on the main floor, along with bathroom and utility room. Address: 400 11th Street NW New Phila, OH 44663. Rent: $1300/month plus all utilities. Utilities: Gas heat, tenant is responsible for setting up utilities able to be in their name (normally gas, cable, etc. - water must be in landlord name and tenant pays landlord monthly in addition to the rent). FAQ Tenant responsible for all utilities. No smoking at all. * tenant will likely need to make a minimum of $3500-4000/month to be considered. Pets may be considered for an additional fee. Not approved for Metro Unit is not furnished but does include appliances. No subleasing. Security deposit of one month rent in addition to the first month rent due at lease signing. Yearly lease. Tenant responsible for any snow removal and lawn mowing (I provide a lawnmower). Preference will be given to those who can move in asap and can afford the price. Zillow charges a fee to apply online. If you plan to rent, this form of application is required. * Payments are made via zillow.com - no exceptions. Tenants are required to obtain and provide proof of renter's insurance.
