The home has all wood laminate floors and it is well insulated. super close to 550 and 528 Highways. This is a very nice house. The house is ready for move in now. I am asking $1,800 / month but more important than the monthly rent is getting someone in there that will care for it. If you want this house, you better not mind maintaining a yard. It has a big one. I really prefer a long term tenant who is clean and takes care of their belongings. I do not want to deal with weirdo's or complainers. I really mean this. I would rather not rent it at all than to deal with difficult people. Tenant Pays all utilities
