The entryway/mud room provides a great buffer for your wet and muddy clothes. We love this place and we're looking for renters to love it and take great care of it. Unfurnished. Owner pays township utilities (water, sewer, and garbage). Electricity, gas, and internet are the responsibility of the renter. No pets and no smoking. Lawn care and snow removal are the responsibility of the renter (lawnmower and snowblower in garage). Security deposit and first month's rent are due at signing. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A 12-month lease is desired but is negotiable.
