The Landlord may need to access the garage and the rooms on the lower level from the garage from time to time. First and last months rent will be required along with damage deposit. All adults will need to complete the application and background check. Credit history and income qualifications will be evaluated. Fee's for background check are payable by applicant directly to a third party company when completed online.
