About This Property

This is a very unique property. The home for rent is an ADU (Auxiliary Dwelling Unit) so it is a house behind a house. The ground-floor level is accessed through a gate to the backyard and a small pathway back to the home. The ground floor consists of a small living area, kitchen, and bathroom. The entire upstairs is a large bedroom (with a large closet) surrounded by trees with tons of natural light and a sliding glass door that leads out to a private back-deck. Although the backdeck is for tenant use only, the backyard is shared with the owner of the property, and the black lab/hound mix that lives there. The property is very unique and has chickens and a koi fish pond along with numerous vegetable gardens, fruit trees, etc. The owner lives in the front house and has a large (very sweet) dog that has access to the entire backyard, she will greet you at the gate and will often times come to say hello on the back deck of the rental unit. Dogs are welcome if they get along with other dogs, and are friendly with humans/chickens. The chickens are confined to a run, however, the owner will be in the backyard very frequently taking care of the garden, chickens and fish pond. The unit has its own washer/dryer and is heated with a mini split heating system. Utilities are split with the owner of the property since there is not a separate meter.
