Utilities include gas, electric, water, trash, and wi-fi. Gas, electric, and water are capped. Any use over must be paid for by the tenant. No smoking. There is plenty of free parking: one garage parking spot, the driveway, and street parking available. Security deposit and first month's rent due at signing. The house is available at this rate January 1st-March 1st. Any lease lengths 30 days+ within those dates are available. No smoking. No pets.
