Open and large kitchen with lots of counter space and dishwasher. Spacious living room with beautiful overhead wood beams. Gigantic master bedroom with walk in closet and en suite bathroom. Tons of closet space. All new energy efficient windows in entire house. New doors and new side deck to back yard. Big refurbished basement for additional storage. Really large back yard with space for barbecuing or kids playing. Washer and dryer hookups in basement. Off street parking along side of house. No pets. All adults living in the house must submit an application. Total income for the household must be $54,000 or greater. We happily accept Section 8. We'll be scheduling tours for this coming weekend Jan 13. The house will be available February 1, so looking for someone to move in Feb 1 or Feb 15. If you would like an individual tour, please answer the following questions or summit an application: 1. How many adults and how many children will be living there? 2. How much is the total income from the adults who will be living there that can be documented? 3. Any prior history of eviction for any adult who will be living there? 4. Any pets and if so, type and size? 5. Desired move in date Tenant pays all utilities. Credit checks run on all applicants over 18. Must be able to show 3x rent and income or have section 8.
