If you want to rent the place for 3 months or less, the security deposit will only be $1000. (Valid from 12/07/2023 till 12/31/2024) Our home in the quaint town of Mint Hill is a beautiful, freshly renovated property with a large fenced-in backyard. This home is in a safe, quiet, established neighborhood with wonderful neighbors nearby. It is within minutes of Novant Health Mint Hill Medical Center as well as many other grocery stores, shopping places, and restaurants. It is fully furnished and is rented on a month-to-month basis. All utilities are paid with the rental fee. This furnished home will be rented on a month-to-month basis. The first month's rent will be due when dates are secured for rental. Each subsequent month's rent will be paid 2 weeks before the beginning of the following rental month. There is free parking in the driveway, enough for several cars. There is no smoking of any kind in the home. All utility costs are included and the landlord will handle maintenance issues. Some pets are allowed, but will need to be discussed and cleared with the landlord first, and will require a one-time $500 non-refundable deposit.
