Also, the heat pump provides cooling in the summer. Additionally, there is a gas furnace for cozy winter vibes or extra heat. Each room has a top of the line oil based baseboards, if needed. Large deck attached to the house along the entire length of the house is a great place for summer hangout. The pad for hot tub provided on the side of the deck.
