We prefer the completed Zillow applications; their app provides a lot of detail and is helpful in making an informed decision on who gets to rent this home. Any misrepresentation of the truth on any application is immediate grounds for rejection of your application. If the misrepresentation is discovered after you move in, that misrepresentation will serve as immediate grounds for termination of the lease and you will lose your security deposit and be responsible for all damages, court costs and attorney fees.
