Base Rate Garbage is included, tenant(s) are responsible for Electricity, Gas, & Water/Sewer. A one (1) car garage is available for tenant(s) to park in or use as storage, it absolutely CANNOT be used as a living area or bonus room. Washer/Dryer hookups are available.
