Please note that most properties require that the combined documented gross monthly income of all adult applicants be at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount with demonstrated job stability. Additionally each adult applicant must have - Good housing history - No unpaid utilities - No evictions within past 5 years - No bankruptcies within past 2 years. Individual owners may have additional requirements for their specific property. A Lease Administration Fee $125 is due at time of lease signing.
