Cute 1 Bed 1 Bath home in Miller Historical neighborhood. Home has large backyard with storm shelter. Renter pays all utilities and is responsible for yard maintenance. No smoking inside the home. House does have a garage for storage but is not large enough to park inside. 1 Small dog is allowed but other pets will be considered and only approved with owners consent. All pets require a 150 dollar non refundable deposit per pet. A late fee of 20 dollars per day will be assessed for any rent not paid in full by the 5th of each month, rent is due on the 1st of each month. This home has central heat and air and also has hardwood floors. New area rugs were just purchased and cannot be removed by tenant. New window blinds and curtains were just installed and entire inside of house freshly repainted. Walls are plaster so you must use the crown molding if you want to hang something on the walls. Miller is a very safe and desirable neighborhood that is close to everything within a short drive, including OUHSC campus, OCU campus, and most of OKC's hospitals. Public transportation is available just a block away as well. The neighbors are very nice on this block too. I am generally available to show the property Monday-Saturday from noon to 6pm.
